Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Finance & Business Controller to join our growing team, combining financial controlling with administrative and operational responsibilities in a fast-paced global tech company.

You will work closely with the CFO and play a central part in both financial controlling and business operations. The role combines analytical finance tasks with administrative, IT and logistical responsibilities that keep our organization running efficiently.

You will also support the CFO in fundraising processes and due diligence preparations, giving you valuable experience in corporate finance within a global scale-up.

This role suits someone who is structured, proactive and enjoys variety — from monthly reporting and analysis to improving administrative routines and supporting the team.


Relevant skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, accounting, finance or business administration

  • Experience (or strong interest) in controlling, accounting or finance operations

  • Analytical, accurate and curious

  • Structured and solution-oriented — you like getting things done

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English

  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint and comfortable with digital tools and ERP systems

Your day at sensiBel

Our offices are located in Oslo Science Park (Forskningsparken). You’ll work closely with skilled colleagues in technology, operations, and business development here, but also with our other colleagues globally.

Key responsibilities

  • Support monthly closing, reporting, forecasting and financial analysis

  • Collaborate with our external accountant and auditor

  • Assist CEO and CFO in fundraising and due diligence documentation

  • Maintain efficient routines for invoices, travel and expenses

  • Coordinate office operations, logistics and shipments

  • Potential to act as owner of IT administration and contact point for our external IT partner

  • Drive improvements in internal processes and financial routines
